so ive seen them on fpsc but i also heard you cant do it.

Er, this has been asked a million time, unfortunately it would not work the way you think it would. You need to create a video then split into individual frames and make a script for each one to appear every second. Works out pretty good someone did it search and you can see how it turns out.

lol, well i think demon suns game had it and lifeless did ( i think) so i how do i make that thing raving said , (i wanna make the screen all fuzzy like in silent hill) thanks for your help guys

ooh is there a way i could 1: make black and white flick on and off once in a while 2: make the screen flicker
3: make it silent hill fuzzy (as stated above)
or 4: make the edgeds all black tentacly, like in the darkness.
thanks , if there is a way to do any of these, please tell me how i could get or make them thanks much appreciated

lol its true , i did look, lol but i see how someone could easily lie about that so its realistic that you dont believe me, lol, and the animated menu idea was amazing, but i didnt think it could work in game my bad
