everytime I try to install a new update past fpsc v1, it says my directx is up to date, but I cant install newer directx either, and my direct x is up to date anyway. what do I do?

Try that again, Bugsy. You're not making any sense. Is it saying that your DirectX is NOT up to date? If so, update it even if you think it's up to date.

If you can't install DirectX and you can't install an FPSC update, then you may have a Windows problem that is not associated with FPSC.
