I want to place an unfiled (line version) of a 3d box ontop of a bitmap I am using as a background. Any suggestions?

not sure what you mean, but just use a bunch of line instructions if its 2d, or draw one as a sprite and use that.

Ok' what I mean by 3d Box is a cube that has no fill but is in a wire frame mode.
