Is it possible for FPSC to display animations in the main menu of the game, such as to make display animated background?
At least to make some simple effects?

On a menu , Dunno about being able to add animations to the main menu but you can change the background in the program ( Full ) by going - File --- > Build Game ---> Level Settings. You can set up your ambient , fog , whatever really. For this case you wan't to select title screen.
