Hay guise!

This isn't my first piano song, but it's the first one I've more or less finished. Though no name yet.

Did try to make it sound realistic, this is fairly hard without a keyboard however.

Anyway, enjoy if possible. C&C is appreciated.

Sounds pretty good to me; not very unrealistic at all
The reverb is quite overdone though; you should probably consider turning that down a bit.

Sounds like a fitting background track for some RPG cutscene or something similar, good work. It does sound a bit odd nea the end at the fade-out part though - one note even appears to come at a completely wrong time.
Over all a nice song though.

Much Thanks. (that was quick!)
I haven't begun fiddling with the EQ or much on the reverb side yet. I was just so satisfied that I had to upload it imediately. Don't know what note you speak of. To me, everything sounds in order. But I don't have such a trained ear yet maybe.

And there's always too much reverb, isn't there.
Or too little.

Thank you. It's called 'reason pianos' and I would guess it won't work with anything other than reason because of the .rfl format. But you can make most piano soundfonts sound good with the right amount of variation in note strength, timing and lots and lots of reverb.

I made a guitar version and two whole people thought it was better than the original so if anyone wants it, it will be up there for a while.

Wow, almost blew better than my sig!
Heh, no, but seriously though, sounds really good. Nice guitar sound as well (beats my expensive ones I believe )
I don't know if I should agree with the huge crowd; the piano version is still very nice also. Gave it a re-listen and well, it's not that bad really, but the note close in between 1:34 - 1:35 sounds like it occurs a bit too late. I realise this is intentional to sound more "real", but it is a bit well off in my opinion.
Back to the guitar version; ... nah, you can guess it already. But as you so truely said:
Quote: "And there's always too much reverb, isn't there.
Or too little."

Funny bend at 0:08 by the way.

Keep up the good work; I'm going to post one of my unreleased songs I think and see if I too can contribute to some more activity around here once again.

I didn't put much work into this one except change the sample and some small stuff. Supposed to be a private mix, I has plenty of those. Always fun to get the most out of your songs.

You should hear my hip-hop symphony. Nah, I'm not posting that in a million years.

And somehow I knew you would mention that bend. I put it there just for you. Like an easter egg.

I, also, enjoy making unrealistic music sound realistic. I know what a realistic piano sounds like and I must say,

"That blew my friggin' mind."

I have it on my mp3 player now.
