Hey, so I have yet to get a straight answer on this problem. Is there an easy way to achieve side scrolling without having to move the background? That is, can I make a camera or somehow move the window's frame of reference?

Thanks everyone!

I thought I provided an answer in another thread. Use the dbSetSpriteTextureCoord () function to select the section of an image that you want to use as back ground. It would have to be a massive image, however. If you need to security a camera would bring you, write your own function to do the above but make it behave like a camera.
