To change settings i'll need to use shift + insert but that doesnt work????

I use left shift and insert on numlock 0

Numpad 0 returns the scancode nr.62, and the "insert" button returns the scancode nr.210. It may be that Efx mod was programmed to only accept the scancode nr.210 as the insert key and not numpad 0, if that's the case you need to press the "Insert" button. If you dont have an actual "Insert" button like i do, and i am actually right about this, i can't help you further since i neither use fpsc or Efx mod.

You could ask the developer to fix this problem in future updates?

in Austrlia, there is a really red sun, u got a red sun in sky too?
