I looked at the gunspec but i couldnt figure it out.
I dont want a full auto m4 carbine...

Go to the gunspec and add a ";" before automatic=X,X

That will comment out the automatic animation and therefore it will be treated as semi-automatic.

You could do that, but if you're using a mod with Airmod, or the latest FPSC version you could also add burst = 1 to your gunspec.

and how can you make a semi automatic gun fully automatic, and take up 3 rounds every 1 round fired?

Thanks what im doing is kinda like the df1 and df2 games by novalogic, where you have semi auto and burst.

With Ply's Mod, you can set something like ammoconsume = X to use X amount of rounds each time you fire (Correct me if I'm wrong, Plystire!)

You can also achieve this using a mod that contains Airmod, which you can set an alternate fire. How to actually set the alt fire is beyond me, since I haven't gotten that in depth with Airmod.
