Whenever I download a model from the model forum and open it is says that it has so know what program created it and to open it with.
What program should I select to open it with?

Black Rebel Heart, you do have to pay for it, if you get it free, it's illegal, or pirated as we call it.

You don't have to pay for it. After the trial, just click on Close when the box shows up and then you can use it again.
