Yes you can just put the FPSC-Game.exe file into the FPSC directory replacing the one that is already there.

i already tried that but when i start a game it says something like this "runtime error 1234blablabla" so help me please and remember i need help with iron sights also.

you need to have FPSC 1.07 - 1.09 for Airmod to work.
