What type of animation? 3D object animation? Sprite sheet animation? AVI Animation?

The answer to all of the above is yes. DBPro doesn't however, seem to support .gif animation...

EDIT: OOPS misread the question . I'm not sure if .dbo supports animation. I'd imagine it would, but I don't know.

well i think i've seen somewhere it supports frames, i just gotta find an exporter that does that too

Simply exporting to directX format, loading it into DBPro and then saving it (save object) should, if I recall correctly, do the trick.

Get fragmotion, it's not free, but imports and exports not only DBO, but a whole plethora of formats.

Yeah, the SAVE OBJECT command should also work.
