Many programs offer unwrap of 3d model then they tell to paint it with gimp. I have those unwrap, is there a program to paint texture directly on the model with ease? Thanks.

Blender can, by creating a blank image in the UV/Image Editor, loading up your textures in the Textures panel, and going into Texture Paint mode.

There are also softwares like BodyPaint 3D that does that very well. Though honestly I'd just recommend practicing standard texturing through Image editors like Photoshop and GIMP seeing as that is currently the way that most models are textured these days. Textured as in color maps that is.

On second thought, listen to Alucard--the only time I use the texture painting feature in Blender is when I'm making terrains.
