I was looking into learning with GDK, and one of the things that helped me out with DBP were the coding challenges in the board. I was wondering if anything like that was going on with DGDK?

I would love to do something as such, but wouldn't I need at least some experience due to the fact that I would be setting the first challenge?

You don't have to participate. You just choose the winner. Just start it with something simple (Pong or something) and it should be fun.
