Hi!

I am currently making characters for a team that develops a game with XNA.
I make my characters in Milkshape but as far as I know none of the fileformats that Milkshape can export to works with XNA.

So now they have to import the characters into 3D Studio Max (I dont what fileformates they use between Milkshape and 3d Studio Max) but now it isn't working.

Take a look at this picture:

I guess it has to do with animation.

I dont know what could cause this error, netither do they. And they need the model ingame as soon as possible.

Anyone who could help will get a reward by me.

Either a way to export the character directly from Milkshape into XNA with animations and all, or any other way to solve this problem.

Thank you so much!

Or does anyone know the right settings for exporting an animated character from Fragmotion?
