When you make an FPE file for a model you make you still have to select the "is weapon" thing. Can you make your own or does it not matter. (when you pick up the weapon will it look like your model if you select a different gun for the "is weapon".)

isweapon defines the weapon used for the pickup so when you equip the pickup it loads the weapon from the directory specified .

Make the weapon, put it and the corresponding files (fpe, D & D2 dds, gunspec) into gamecoreguns. Make sure to rig the animations as well and add them to the gunspec (like fire, reload etc.).

So far but I haven't gotten my graphics card yet so I don't know.
