What are the modes?
is it a range of numbers or a percentage?

SET BLEND MAPPING ON
This command will set the blending map for the specified object. Blended textures are combined with the
main texture to create a multitextured object. The Blend value is the mode used to create the blend effect.

SYNTAX
SET BLEND MAPPING ON Object Number, Image Number, Blend Mode

Blendmapping eh? Thats a command I never even knew about. How does it work exactly? Just blurs the whole texture file or what?

from the man himself regarding it

"The blend modes are undocumented at present as I have not finalized my
thoughts on whether to expose the directx methods directly or provide a
subset of DB friendly effects."

Why not both?
I mean, just like people can mess about in memory manualy, or use friendly screen-drawing commands...why not have some preset "easy" effects, and the direct x methods there too for those that want full controll.

Incidently, blend modes...is that like Add, Substract, ect?
I need to do a nice addative effect..
