I have an object which has x, y and z coordinates.

I have another object which can move the first object.

I have a variable that can be increased or decrease to make the object move faster or slower.

I'm not sure how to implement the variable into the second object so that it moves the object faster or slow per frame depending on the speed.

Any ideas?

Not sure I understand what you want.

Which object? It would help if you gave them names or something..

speed (m/f) = speed (m/s) / frame rate (f/s)
