I have now purchased 4 packages to get enough background and characters for a game.
I am trying to find some friendly characters to place in the games.
Are any of them friendly or can I change them to friendly in the program?

Please specify further:
*Do you want characters to be your allies? or
*Do you want characters not to shoot you? or
*Do you want characters that look friendly?

Every way the answer is scripting. All the scripts you'll need are provided with FPS Creator.

Best,
JRH

I am making a children's game and am looking for a Princess that is to be rescued. Guess that would be an ally or at least someone who would not shoot at me.
It would also be nice if later I could use some characters to give information on how to proceed during the game. (Like, "Look under the red box for more clues.")
That sort of character.
I know I must use adults or cartoon characters from the one pack for this at the present as I am not good at making animations yet.

for them to follow you, spawn the princess right before you walk into the room with home.fpi as her main. in home.fpi, take out plraddhealth=-5.

No, X10 will not work with XP as it require DirectX10 (hence the name ) which only works on Vista (or windows 7).

And No, the ally script will not work in X9 as X10 uses Dark AI for the entity ai and these ally features are not available in X9.

Ok people are confusing you it seems. You can have friendly characters just some scripting involved (not that hard) the person that said the thing about x10 is because x10 has built in allies so no scripting required. But fully possible with x9, what do you want these allies to do exactly?
