Ah, yes, Spyro was quite great (my first game *nostalgic* ).

Kudos on using a real guitar!
And hm, I might look into EW gold... it doesn't seem all that expensive. May I perhaps ask you to list the different articulations available for some instruments?
(I myself usually use only the special edition of the Vienna library that comes with the Kontakt sampler for my symphonic instruments, which does lack certain articulations (for example spicatto). I also have EWQL Collossus, which doesn't have too high quality instruments, so I'm not sure. Has some nice lead and guitar sounds though).
