Its in the entity property's, right click on an entity and BOOMF, set the 'Alt Texture' field to your other texture. Have a look at this picture. It shows an entity in entity editing mode,n the highlighted fields are for texture settings.
Sorry About the Size

If your thinking of Diffuse, Normal, Specular and Bump textures, you have to rename files. Have a look at this thread(about 3 posts down) if this is the case.

Best,
JRH

Unhelpful Titles

Please do not simply write "Noob Question", "I am a newb", "One Noobie Question", "A question", "Please help", "This isn't working" or anything similar as the title of your post. We have a search facility, and meaningless titles do not help others find answers to their questions. It will also help you to get quicker responses if people have an idea of your thread content.

@JRH: That doesn't work. What you've specified is the alternate texture that can be switched out with the original for a different texture.

To have multi-texturing, you have to export the model with the model looking for the textures in the file, import and set up as a dynamic entity, and leave the "textured = " field blank in the .fpe of the entity.
