Dark GDK / Character Terrain Collision Detection.

I have a Character and a terrain and both of them are .X files (terrain created in T.ED). I was wondering how I can make it so that the character always stays above the terrain and not flying in mid air or going right through it.

best way would be to get and use sparkys collision
