FPSC Classic Product Chat / error when fps creator pops up

when it comes up it stays on the same screen with the fps creator logo and every thing is grayed out when you click on something it makes a dinging noise and it stays there can anyone help me

aaah, i've had that problem before too. reboot your computer. try again. if it still doesnt work, than re-install
