Ok i've been using DBPro for a few days now and i was wondering::

I made a terrain model in 3D Studio Max 2009 and Exported it to a .3DS file. I want to know how i can put this in my game and make my character walk along its surface.

Thanks!

You can, altho .3ds files are not ideal (long load times, etc).

You're better off exporting it as a .x or a .dbo which work better with DBP.

Without Music or Love the world would be a very empty place... Thank god I still have music.. --'-<@

if you don't now how to export it to .dbo, you can make a little program, load it in that and then use the save object command to save it as a dbo. but about the walking, for that you need something like sparkys for sliding collision and make your own gravity system. you can also use something liek dark physics which is a lot easier, but you have to buy it.

Is there a way of doing this without a DLL? Or Dark Physics?
