I upgraded to the 1.15 FPS Creator and re-installed the map packs.
But when I tried to build a level I could no longer do it, and after a bit of investigating I found out that the mappacks were overwriting user detail.cfg file. If anyone else is having the same problem then backup your userdetails.cfg file before installing map packs, then copy it back in.

It's userdetails.ini, not.cfg

FPSC is using .ini files
