Hey guys,

I made this timer system based on my CastBar system.
Realized it was basically just a timer system anyway.

So i fixed it up to be easy to use and versatile...

Features:
- Create as many timers as needed.
- They run concurrently, and independent of frame rate.
- Dynamic allocation of timers.
- Can be used for anything that needs a specific running time.
- (including castbars)
