In another post I aksed for the link. I didnt get it but I did find the site. They are down at the moment and I can't wait anymore. Is the a external link on something like mediafire or rapidshare. I was looking for the 1.6.5 version

I wan't the water mod. All the other water mods are crap. Propper water you can ajuest is the coolest. Also inclueding the underwater swim, object float and reflections is also cool. If there is a water mod like that i would like that link

You have to remember different mods focus on, the main three i think are

Visual
Performance
Scripting

And most mods with the water which you say are "crap" which still took a lot of effort to make arent as good as EFX because EFX solely focussed on visuals.

You really have 2 other options

But FPSCx10
Wait for the Migration

Dont worry, im not having a go at you, just the word "crap" is a tad offensive, nobody knows when the migration will come out, all yo can do is eagerly wait.

I agree with this, I think EFX is great and looks awesome but the version you are refering to can only be used in a non comercial project and that includes contests so it is limited and very restricting. Obviously if you are not using it for these reason you should probably ask yourself why they have taken the link down? Clearly they dont want it to be used any more? Or they at least dont want that version to be used. Not trying to bash you, just giving some advice.

*Sigh*. WizMod uses water, check it out and it isn't "crap" either.

I don't know how you can say you don't want to offend other peoples mods that use water when you say they are "crap".

there will be no Link to efxMod other than on our Homepage.

I think you should use a Mod like Wizmod if you can not wait for a new release.

If Wizkid fixes the Water Bug it is one of the best mods available ^^
