I have tried over and over again but the qizmod links don't work :

Yes. That is because its still in beta. There may be a public version coming later. Please post wizmod questions in the official thread please. thanks.

I never thought the proper shader water mods were crap. Just the decal ones that don't have much of a visual on

As the site developer i can tell you that the site is meant to be link that until i get a release from the WizMod developers it will then have download links available at the moment any pages that have links to secure pages are IP locked (means only my IP address can access them) and are stored in a totally different location tot he site.
