Low poly Penguin i made for the low poly thread over at polycount, and to practice yet again more low poly/low res texture work.

A simple creature i felt like making.

Here is the full texture:

I planned on using the extra space for some alpha channeled planes for hair/feathers sticking out, but meh.

Finally, here is a download for it in .OBJ and .MAX formats plus the texture.

http://www.artpanda.co.uk/uploads/Pengui_SDK.zip

Do what you want with it, could be a nice SDK for anyone wanting to texture something.

Good stuff Jon! I think that's about as low-poly as one can get.

Same question.

Are you going to be doing the Unearthly challenge at all? http://www.unearthlychallenge.com/2009/articles/01_announce/index.php

The actual planning faze of planning how parts will dissemble and resemble into different things must take ages as well.
