hey everyone,
I need a couple of items from the TGC store worthy of 200 points, and unfortunately I can't use my visa right now, I need some one to get them for me and I can help him with anything.. modelling a special model, a sound effect maybe, custom designs (wallpapers or web templates for his game) just name it...
would this be ok or would I be breaking any rules?

This would constitute as pirating Because whoever gives them to you was not the original creator.

EDIT: I'm not trying to get you in trouble, I'm just saying that, no, this wouldn't be allowed.

I think there should be a gift feature in the store(donate points), which would be useful for competition prizes. At the moment prize donations are made by contacting Rick. Maybe you could do the same? Of course, you would still need someone to pay.

The major problem with this is that there is no guarantee that the person you are using to purchase them for you won't use them. Legally, the person who purchases them is the one who can use them, and they cannot be redistributed either for profit or not for profit. Period. This constitutes piracy UNLESS you have express written consent from the owner of the media.

The next issue is that the person who purchases them has the ability download them up to 5 times (if I'm correct) from his store account because HE purchased them. Which means if you lose them, you have to contact the person who purchased them for you so you can get them again. Which, again, constitutes piracy.

I must ask - why is your visa not able to be used at the moment?

as for my visa it's not mine actually it's my dad's and as I understood there're custom fees that gets charged for every use of it and it's not worth it for 2$
