FPSC Classic Product Chat / importing thecosmicprophet made segments

hi

I'm having problems getting thecosmicprophet segments into fpsc creator I'm I've put all the folder into the right folders.everytime I try and insert a segment it comes up with
"runtime error 7001 - Mesh illegal at line 10147"
then it crashes fpsc

HOW CAN I FIX THIS

im not familier with that error code but it says

so im gusing you have imported the mesh file into the meshbank propoly ?

no just the segment not the actually mesh
how you would import any segment
