i would suggest using a real guitar for a base and then changing it into your own thing. also you need to round the edges. and make it a bit thinner.

The frets are uneven and stop at a weird place on the guitar. The neck is too long and fat compared to the body and head stock is too small. Your treble pickup is also longer than the rest of them, which doesn't make sense.
You need to work on your proportions.

texture on the.. "body" (not into guitars) looks sorrta like u used the "cloud" function in PS with red and black =P well, it looks kinnda good, but as stated before, try using a reference picture and changing it to ur own =P is it me or does it looks kinnda messy too?

ya...man no offense but that kinda sucks...c i should know because
i own a guitar (not fake or modeled) u need to work on the uneven frets, jagged body, pick guard in the wrong place, wierd pickups, odd headstock, super long neck, and the back of the neck is flat but should be curved... u need to look at all 8 of them problems and like azunaki said use a real guitar for a base and then changing it into your own thing.

I wouldn't say it "sucks" but more along the lines there is a lot of room for improvement.
