Is there a way, To change the grid size. From x39 / z39 to something in a bigger scale?

Even if it was possible to change it is often better to break up your levels into smaller pieces. Huge levels can make the framerate lag and increase loading times.

Yeah i realize that but.. Sometimes you just want to span out the level. As long as it is done right, And dont put anything dumb that will hog the frame rate. It should be fine. Like a forest level have the map longer instead of wide so 39x39y, Would turn into 30x50y not talking really big just enough to make a decent forest sized level.

You are absolutely right but it looks to be a locked thing of FPSC.
