Ok, I'm not sure if this has been answered before, but I honestly do not know what to search. I have made a Scientist (unarmed) follow.fpi a waypoint up a staircase onto a gantry, it works great, except as soon as he gets to the top, he cannot exit the staircase onto the gantry. He just stands there walking in place. I think it is becase the gantry is slightly higher than the stairs, but still, I cannot not figure this out. Some help would be much appreciated. Thanks, R11

maybe the one floor is higher than the other.....some times the models stack to this kind of things...

Theres a bug on gantry collision that the entities in this case characters dont collide properly so its impossible to fix I think.

AI controlled characters can't walk on gantries in FPSC X9. I have encountered this some times too.

This problem appears on some segments/floors and not others. Try another floor type to verify and perhaps try changing the floor just at the top of the stairs.
