Is their any way to make the snow made by the "make snow particles" effect appear on top off sprites?

Right now, my sprites are magically on top of all the snow, and it looks funny...

Also, if I render my BG each frame (it is a full screen sprite), I cannot even see the snow.

have you tried the "draw to back" command?
