Model Pack 30 has been released today.

The middle eastern pack contains a large collection of authentic middle east inspired buildings, dating from the crusade period. Within you will find desert town dwellings, huge minarets, ornate mosques plus many other buildings. Pack also contains a collection of props and market stalls, and 70 segments to complete your scene. Whichever game style your making, this beautiful pack will create a believable middle east scene.

I really like the idea of this pack but we need some Middle Eastern characters to populate it. Bad guys, good guys, civilians etc. Bond1's crusader knights fit the scene already though.

I think TGC is going somewhere with all this medieval stuff they've been pumping out lately. This pack looks really nice, but doesn't particularly interest me. However, I'm interested to see some games made with it.

Perfect for re creating those couple of levels from COD4

Really like the skybox shown in the video also. Is that stock or custom?

£10.99 might be a little excessive to make a multiplayer map but it would be very cool to see.

Stevie: an Egyptian city pack is most welcome. I am working on an MP8/17 game at the moment and would love to have more Egypt styled content.

I'm thinking this has something to do with the Model Pack Survey that NickeyDude posted.

One thing that could be great for an Egyptian city scene is something as simple as beds. Bedrolls for the slaves on the floor and some more grand for the Pharaoh. This works best if the theme is ancient Egyptian in your next pack like MP8 and 17 were. If it is modern then Pharaohs won't be up for consideration of course

You guys have no idea what you are talking about...

There building designs are Middle Eastern but from at least one thousand years old, we have more modern cities then you think.

OmarJA: I'm pretty sure they are intended to look like they are from the past (there are no posts claiming them to be modern). The viking styled model pack is also somewhat different from the look of the Scandinavian countries today

The architecture reminds me of assassin's creed for Xbox 360. I love that game.

Do epic stuff.

Stevie, you're always creative with attractive textures and objects.

However, what about the collisions ? specially with palm trees !

@Scurvy Lobster: Regarding an Egyptian city scene this pack would fit the crusade period more as Mike said in the beginning. but some buildings might fit.

Also there is a building inspired by a famous mosque named "masjid qubbat as-sakhrah" in "Al-Quds" The arabic name for Jerusalem built between 691 A.D. and 692 A.D.

TechNo VaLLey: I think you misunderstood my post. It was meant as an inspiration for his upcomming Egyptian styled pack. Not as a suggestion for new stuff that would fit MP30. Stuff that will fit MP30 is still appreciated though
