Yes: you are allowed to sell your FPS Creator games in any way you want.

I am not entirely sure if that is what you mean by the following though:

It is the same as the thread title then I believe I have answered you.

I mean like the stuff that comes with the games and model packs, and stuff you get from the store.

Yeah you can still sell your games if you use GCS store items, model packs, custom media.

Yes you can, just make sure you follow all the rules in the License Agreements before you put your game up for sale though.

And you can only sell your game if you legally bought all the content (or of you use free content that has a license which allows you to use it commercially). All the Model Packs and the stuff from TGC Store can be used legally in commercial games if you bought it.

As long as you email the author and accept the commercial license agreement... If you don't email the author then you haven't entered into an agreement with them, downloading from the GCS doesn't automatically give you commercial rights to use the items.

Are you sure? That does seem to defeat the whole point of the licence agreement in the first place. I thought that it was just as long as you follow the license you're OK. But I'm not a lawyer so.

Give one of the license files a look. They are fairly easy to read even if you are not a lawyer and the clearly state that you need to contact the item author if you want to use it commercially. An e-mail adress is supplied within the license so it's quite easy to do.
