..oh god...what madman would wield a file!?

I'm gonna sand your edges!! Muhahaha!

They look pretty cool. A normal map would do wonders for both of those.

Oh yeah i forgot, i had made maps for the file, forgot to make a pic.

Now its funny, because a long while ago, someone was holding a file waving it about, and it happened to come out of the handle and hit me right on the head, about an inch from my eye, so they are pretty dangerous

By mad Man you must mean Machine, therefore my HDD's wield files franticly... Especially my 2TB.

They look great man, the textures and all...
But on the File their's some smoothing errors, and the same goes for that wrench...

Also the wrench desires more texture work... Also maybe you should do some variations, like a wooden handle for the file or a darker dirtier wrench...

While they do look good you have overdone the scratches and the shininess, metal is generally pretty low contrast and not as shiny as people like to think, keep the reflections for the specular map.

That was more directed to the wrench, sure it's meant to be used but eh; I just think it's overdone. Might just be me.

Would the worn away metal on the wrench really be white? IT just seems kind of odd to me. Other than that great job.

Because the rust and dirt covered the shine up and where you scratch it,shiny bare metal shows, trust me,after hours of repairing a car engine I know.
