I can make the world however, when I place a window on the side it just sits in front of the wall. If I place a door on a wall, it opens and the wall is there.
How do I make it so the window looks out and the door opens to the next room?

Make sure that when you are placing windows and doors in your level, you're using the windows and doors from the segment bank, and not the entity bank. The doors and windows from the segments tab actually 'cut' into the walls so the player can get through to the other side.

I think I was using ones from the Entities. Missed the ones in the Segment pack.

Just wondering. In what context do people use the entity type doors and windows? I'm still pretty new the fpsc way.
