Not trying to sound negative here, but there's other forums for this type of topics already. Plus, if you're not a "shrink" this doesn't seem very helpful at all.

Should people feel the need to talk with somebody online regarding their personal problems, they are better off registering at a forum where there's a whole community ready to support and/or help.

However, I can understand if they want to speak with people they already "know". It makes sense, but I personally would not bother other people with my troubles, unless I was completely anonymous. i.e my email wasn't listed.
