How do i get a 2d co-ordinate out of the mouse's y pos?

a 2d co-ordinate for the mouses Y position can be obtained with :

int dbMouseY();

that will return the Y part of the 2d co-ord, the

int dbMouseX();

will return the X component.

That will return you where your mouse is on the screen though, is that what you were after ? Or did you mean something else ? If ive misunderstood can you give an example of what you are after please ?
