but my bullets on my m4a1 are coming up white like no texture is selected.. This is in test level mode do i have to build it to have them show up

bullets? like your shell casings? or do you use tracer flak?

Put the weapons files into it's directory (C:\Program Files\The Game Creators\FPS Creator\Files\Gamecore\...) again, and see if it works. If not, re-download the weapon, and re-install the weapon after you've re-downloaded.
