Yes. It's comes with the paid version of FPSC...or buy the Build Game Upgrade from the Store.

As keith said, you can buy the FPSC full program at the TGC store in the FPSC tab area for 50$ USD dollars. OR! you can buy the build game upgrade from the store in FPSC for 2000 points it is i think? for 20$ USD, but once you buy it you have to wait 24 OR LESS hours to wait for some one to approve your purchase request in the built in FPSC store. It is great that you can buy the upgrade for less then 50$ but if you want to be supportive of TGC you can get the full version thats 50$ but it's your choice.

I bought the $20.00 upgrade. Put the program in a few of my computers. Bought a new computer and reinstalled it a few times.
Toda I got the message that I have already downloaded it 5 times and it would not download.
I have a ticket in on this now.
Didn't know about the 5 download limit.
