The loading screen, main menu screen, game over screen, etc... are images. It's best to change these in the built game folder after you build it.

These images are located in the "Files\gamecore\backdrops\Basic" folder of the built game. Their names are self explanatory. Just create new images with the text where you want it. You can always relocate the buttons to make everything fit.
