i want to make a realistic 3d building but i don't know what to use (i have blender, sketch-up and cinema 4d but i can only get free software now )

can somone tell me wich software to use, where i can find a tutorial on it and a preview of what i can make.

ok. well for one you contradict yourself since cinema 4D is by no means free.

which software do you feel comfortable using.
which HAVE you used.

start with something you don't have to ask some one for help to make. even if you don't know what it is your making. just play around with what ever modeler you choose. you will pick up the modeler very quickly this way. (and won't have to worry about accuracy.(i have 100's of models that i couldn't tell you what they are supposed to be if i wanted to)

im not a n00b!!! i allways seem to make myself look like a noob cinema 4d was given to me by a freind . i allways make my stuff into stuff...... anyways i said what i have used and i like using blender and sketch-up (oh yea, i have wings 3d and i looooooove using that)

then why exactly are you asking for a tutorial.... look up some pics and go at it. you'll learn more from that than any tutorial could teach you.

when texturing a building say, you always want comparisons and never just use a computer, go out and get some pictures yourself. advise on that would be when taking photos avoid brand names and always try to line the base up horizontally and the sides vertically so that you dont have to mess around with warping and perspective in your editing software. and finnally try to use a tripod and high qaulity camera thats the key to getting good photos for good textures, of course edit it approipriately so that it matches your needs
