im still new to all this and iv now got modelpake 9 and 10 and theres a bonus materials folder with hands in it

How do i install these

Copy the hands you want out of the bonus folder and paste them over the hands on the weapon(s) you want the hands on.
Go to files.
gamecore
guns
and there you will find the model packs 9 and 10.Just open the folder of the weapon and paste the hands in there.
Remember to make up a backup copy of the original hands.
