Where would I go if I have problems with my e-mail? I found support for TGC product, but not account support. Reason I ask is because someone got into my email and changed the password in it and I cannot do anything about it. If someone can answer my question, I would greatly appreciate it.

Get a new email address at any free email site, click on Profile at the top of this page, click on User Profile, click the Forum tab, then change Public Email Address to the new email. You'll still have to use the messed up email to log-on but that's just to get in here. I'm sure there is a lot of people using old email addresses to log-in.

I understand that, but what can I do to make sure whomever got into my email cannot get into my account? I am still using this account, but I do not want other people to get in...

Contact support - tell them what your existing registered email address is and what you want to have it changed to. They'll probably send you an email to your old address to confirm the change.

What good is that if the password has changed and he can't get in? This infuriates me, MSN does it too. "We'll just send a password change email" to the hotmail address YOU USE TO LOG INTO MSN.

If they send it to my old email, then I am giving whomever hacked my email access to this... Thery changed my pass on my email, so they can get in and I can't. IF they send the conformation to that email, then I am screwed... My old email was [email protected] and I want it changed to [email protected]...

And now you've posted your email address on a forum, expect so much spam you won't ever find the email about changing your forum address!

I do not care. If that old email gets spam, good! And the other one is linked at the bottom of each of my posts anyways.

Oh well. I will deal with it. The first one, I hope it happens to. The second, eh, not a big deal, nothing really important there yet.

Ok, but you still need to contact support. If you've bought something via the TGC site, they'll have an address that you can confirm.

If I do contact support, how do I do it so they do not send and email there? This account was signed up through there, and if they know I have this account, they know my log in, and they already got my passwords, so nothing I can do about that..

I have fixed the problem. I am now changing this display name and fixing the other one accordingly. I shall never log into this account anymore, all will be done on my new one..
