dbSyncRate() does not work correctly when I use it. My frame rate goes as high as it wants to. It makes my game look glitchy. Could it be my video drivers acting up?

60, I gave my game a run now and it stays at 60. Then later in the day, it should ignore the value. Could be overheating but idk. I had windows 7 64bit RC installed and this never happened. I installed XP and this started to happen.

Probably a silly question, but do you have V-sync enabled in your video drivers and have it set to be application controlled ?

EDIT : If its happening after a little while, like it runs fine, then later on it doesnt, check that anything you are running inbetween isnt changinh you default vedeo settings

If it ain't broke.... DONT FIX IT !!!

I do not have V-Sync Enabled in the drivers. I'm just going to reinstall windows 7 and see what happens. Windows 7 > XP

Edit: Installing Windows 7 again made my game work
