Dark GDK / dark gdk compatability

Hello its been a while since i have posted here,
but my question is I have Microsoft VS 2008 professional edition, is dark gdk compatible because when i try to install gdk is says I don't have a c++ compiler on my computer.

Yes, I use the Professional edition of VS08 C++ myself....

The only thing is that the GDK installer is designed to work with the Express Edition IDE ( which is different than the pro one ) so you need to manually point the linker to where the lib/headers are and to setup the project setting appropriately.

If it ain't broke.... DONT FIX IT !!!

thanks I'll give that a try.

I've had darkbasic pro since 2003 but since then have done allot of c++ programming and am looking forward to trying this.
