I asked this a long time ago, but now I can't find the thread.

Can anyone tell me how to set a max speed when using two velocity (x,y) components? Like, you can accelerate in any direction, but you can't go over a certain speed. I've thought of ways, but with them, I wasn't able to decelerate.
