Looks really nice.

However it might look a little better if the ambient light was turned up a bit, Shadows are a little dark.

But it does look awesome!

What's wrong with the grass? - looked fine to me, probably just because it's unusual to see every leaf cast a shadow!

Looks great Josh, would make a good tech demo to showcase Leadwerks I reckon, just the sort of thing people want to be making these days.

One thing I think is missing is dust clouds. It's a desert, right? Gotta have dust clouds when you're bouncing around in the sand/dirt.

I didn't notice the car leave the ground at all when traveling at speed over a hill or bump... almost as if the y-axis position of the truck was always the same level off the ground.

Other than that, it looks brilliant. Probably wouldn't run on my computer though.

What is wrong with the grass? Probably means the popup, which is quite obvious.

Besides that, it looks great indeed.
